I was admitted as a Solicitor in July 2002 having completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Western Sydney. I have practised exclusively in the area of Family Law since my admission. I worked for Legal Aid New South Wales from August 2002 until I opened Claremont Legal in September 2012. I am passionate about my work and enjoy managing a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Solicitors and Legal Secretaries. I am qualified Legal Practitioner and I studied a double degree, Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Wollongong. I was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2013 and registered with the High Court of Register for Practitioners. I started my legal career as a paralegal in a law firm in Liverpool, mainly in Conveyancing and Criminal Law. I joined TW Agency in 2013. During my time there, I worked as a City Agent taking instructions from many law firms to appear on their behalf in various Courts and Tribunals across NSW and across most areas of Law. This has honed my skills in advocacy and negotiations and as such positioning me strongly to provide excellent outcomes for all my clients. I have also worked in the Family Law Departments at Sydney City Lawyers and at Coutts Solicitors & Conveyancers. Now working at Claremont Legal, I have achieved extensive experience in drafting court documents, including urgent recovery applications of children, Consent Orders (Property and Parenting), Initiating Applications (Property and Parenting), Responses to Initiating Applications, Affidavits (Property and Parenting), Financial Statements, Briefs to Counsel and Summons in Adoption Proceedings as some examples. I am very excited in assisting my clients across all areas of Family Law. I am a service-orientated person and always want to ensure that all my clients receive outstanding legal services and representation through the litigation process.
